Cancellation Policy
a. At least a 24 hour notice is requested when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. I reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of services reserved for all cancellations without proper notice.
b. The card on file will be charged 100% for all no show appointment’s. After three missed appointments, you will not be able to schedule future services without submitting full payment in advance for all requested services.
c. A $10.00 deposit is required for booking this fee is non refundable.
d. All appointment changes has to be done 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For same day changes you’ll still be charged for the original service that was booked.
e. There’s a $10 fee for all late appointments you have a 10 minute grace period. If you’re 30 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment your services will be rescheduled and there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged.
